COVID-19 has changed several aspects of our lives. The country is slowly adapting to a new way of life, but life still needs to keep going. At TrueLeaf Kitchens, we take the health and well being very seriously between our team members and each one of our clients. The design process is extremely important to plan out your remodel, but your safety is even more important. In accordance with the CDC recommendations, we are changing up our process, but the end result of your brand new room will be the same. Here’s what you need to know:
Virtual Design vs. Visiting the Showroom
Our main focus is keeping our clients comfortable. With New Jersey going into the green phase, we were able to open our showroom back up with limitations. Each visit to the showroom will be by appointment only. We are also following the CDC guidelines for keeping everything clean and sanitized for the safety of our clients and our team. Our clients will be able to look through samples safely.
We also understand that our clients might now want to visit in person until they’ve committed to the design. We also offer our virtual design process. What’s the difference between the two? Simply the location. Whether you’re in person or virtually conducting the meeting, we can guarantee the same thorough and informative consultation as it would be in person. We will ask you to show us the space you’re working with and to take the measurements we need to create the design. Don’t worry though, we will happily walk you through everything we need.
What about when construction starts?
Even if it’s for a project you paid for, having strangers come into your home before COVID-19 hit was uncomfortable. Now it’s even more stressful to make sure your home stays clean and sanitized. Before starting a job each day we check to make sure our team is healthy to come into your home.
This means taking their temperatures before they start work, making sure they wash their hands, applying hand sanitizer as often as needed, and more. Even while on the job each member will be working in accordance to what the CDC recommends.
