Design Development
Design Retainer Agreement signed, begin process of finalizing design, select all of your fixtures and finishes.
Ordering & Scheduling Phase

Sales Order Signed
Order placed for all cabinetry, countertops, hardware, flooring, plumbing fixtures, tile, and lighting.
05.
Permits Submitted
Create lighting/electrical plan, tile layout, cabinetry installation instructions, and submit for necessary permits.
06.
Project Schedule
Provide very detailed gantt chart schedule showing project timeline from demolition to completion.
